Special cartridges

General: Metal parts: galvanised expanded metal or perforated sheet steel. Optionally: stainless steel (1.4301 or 1.4541) or blank steel, electrolitically galvanised and passivated. End caps: galvanized sheet steel. Ring at both ends or one side closed, optionally provided with hole for draw bar. Further options, such as male/female end caps available.
Gaskets: Standard 5 mm felt, optionally natural gas resistant BUNA-N or Viton. Standard flow direction: outside to inside.


Fine filter cartridges type:
VPV-M | APV-M | ZPV-M

Filtering material: Polyester with microporous PTFE membrane
Application: separation of dry dust particles from gaseous media
Temperature resistance: continuous operating temperature 70°C ; maximum surge 120°C (pH 7).
For medium temperature cartridges type -MT: continuous operating temperature: 120°C (pH 7)

Heavy duty cartridges type: VPPS|APPS|ZPPS

Filtering material: Polyphenylene sulfide
Application: separation of dry solid particles from natural gas, biogas or other gaseous media.
High chemical and mechanical resistance, low differential pressure, high tensile strength
Temperature resistance: for standard cartridges continuous operating temperature 70°C;
maximum surge 120°C (pH 7).
For medium temperature cartridges type -MT: continuous operating temperature: 120°C (pH 7).
For medium high temperature cartridges type -MHT: continuous operating temperature: 170°C (pH 7)

Ultra-fine filter cartridges type: VSG®|ASG|GSG

Filtering material: sturdy pleated combination of microglassfibre material and reinforced cellulose paper
Application: separation of fine solid particles from (moist) natural gas, biogas or other gaseous media.
With slight coalescing function
Temperature resistance: for standard cartridges continuous operating temperature 70°C; maximum surge 120°C (pH 7)
For medium temperature cartridges type -MT: continuous operating temperature: 120°C (pH 7)
