Standard cartridges


General: Metal parts: galvanised expanded metal or perforated sheet steel. Optionally: stainless steel (1.4301 or 1.4541) or blank steel, electrolitically galvanised and passivated. 
End caps: galvanized sheet steel. Ring at both ends or one side closed, optionally provided with hole for draw bar. Further options, such as male/female end caps available.

Gaskets: Standard 5 mm felt, optionally natural gas resistant BUNA-N or Viton. Standard flow direction: outside to inside.

Filtering material: With polyester fibres reinforced, impregnated, cellulose paper. Due to its impregnation, high resistance to water and condensates (hydrophobic)
Application: separation of dry dust particles from (moist) gaseous media
Temperature resistance: continuous operating temperature 70°C ; maximum surge 120°C (pH 7)
For medium temperature cartridges type -MT: continuous operating temperature: 120°C (pH 7)

Filtering material: Polyester needlefelt, with migrate-free support media
Application: separation of dry dust particles from gaseous media.
Temperature resistance: continuous operating temperature 70°C ; maximum surge 120°C (pH 7)

Filtering material: Polypropylene
Application: separation of dry dust particles from gaseous media
Temperature resistance: continuous operating temperature 50°C

Filtering material: Polyester
Application: separation of dry dust particles from gaseous media
Temperature resistance: continuous operating temperature 70°C ; maximum surge 120°C (pH 7)
